The User represents and warrants that neither the User nor any beneficial owner is subject to sanctions imposed by OFAC, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Nations, or any other competent authority.
FPS reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate services where sanctions-related risks or potential violations of sanctions laws are identified.
The User is solely responsible for determining, calculating, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, fees, or other mandatory charges arising from the use of FPS services.
FPS does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Users utilizing the FPS API shall not engage in any activity that may compromise the security, availability, stability, or proper functioning of the platform.
FPS reserves the right to impose rate limits, revoke API credentials, modify API functionality, and implement additional security measures at any time without prior notice.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy, and other FPS policies governing the use of services, constitute the entire agreement between the User and FPS.
All prior negotiations, representations, agreements, understandings, and communications relating to the matters governed by these Terms are superseded by this Agreement.
