1. Who can participate
The promotion is available to new FPS.PRO clients who:
- registered an account during the promotion period;
- have not previously accepted payments through FPS.PRO;
- successfully completed the checks required by the service;
- received confirmation of participation from FPS.PRO.
Each client may participate in the promotion only once.
Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, company, group of related persons, project, or website are treated as one participant.
2. Duration of the 0% fee
The promotional period lasts 60 calendar days.
The promotional period begins when the first payment is successfully accepted, but no later than 30 calendar days after participation is confirmed.
If the client does not begin accepting payments within 30 calendar days after joining the promotion, the promotional period starts automatically on day 31.
3. What the 0% fee covers
The 0% fee applies exclusively to the FPS.PRO service fee for processing incoming cryptocurrency payments.
During the promotional period, FPS.PRO does not charge a percentage-based processing fee on such payments within the promotional turnover limit.
4. Promotional turnover limit
The 0% fee applies to payments totaling up to the equivalent of 100,000 USDT over the entire promotional period.
The equivalent is calculated using the internal FPS.PRO rate at the time each payment is processed.
Once the limit is reached or the 60-day period ends, whichever occurs first, the standard FPS.PRO rate applies automatically.
5. What is not included
The 0% fee does not apply to:
- blockchain network fees;
- fund transfer and consolidation costs;
- withdrawal fees;
- mass payout fees;
- payment refund fees;
- cryptocurrency exchange and automatic conversion;
- exchange-rate differences and market spread;
- payments requiring manual processing.
These fees are determined by the current FPS.PRO rates, the selected cryptocurrency and blockchain network, and current network load.
6. Minimum payment amounts
Minimum payment, crediting, conversion, and withdrawal amounts may be set for each cryptocurrency and network.
Payments below the applicable minimum may not be credited automatically or may be processed under separate terms.
Current minimum amounts are shown in the FPS.PRO dashboard, API, or documentation.
7. Restrictions
The promotion does not apply to:
- re-registered accounts;
- related or duplicate accounts;
- transfers between the client’s own accounts and wallets;
- artificial or circular transactions;
- splitting payments to circumvent established restrictions;
- transactions unrelated to genuine payment for goods or services;
- clients on individual rates;
- clients who have previously used FPS.PRO services;
- transactions that violate the Terms of Use or FPS.PRO AML/KYC Policy.
The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, special rates, or individual offers unless expressly agreed with FPS.PRO.
8. Transaction review
FPS.PRO may verify the source, purpose, and economic substance of a participant’s transactions.
If abuse, suspicious activity, false information, attempts to circumvent restrictions, or violations of service rules are identified, FPS.PRO may:
- suspend the client’s participation in the promotion;
- cancel the promotional rate;
- apply the standard fee to subsequent transactions;
- temporarily restrict certain transactions;
- request additional information and documents.
Cancellation of participation does not affect fees lawfully calculated before a violation was identified.
9. Changes and termination
FPS.PRO may change the terms or participant registration period, or terminate the promotion early, by publishing the relevant information on the website.
Changes do not apply to service fees already calculated at the 0% rate before the changes take effect.
FPS.PRO may also limit the number of participants and accept new clients following a preliminary review.
10. Other terms
The promotional rate has no cash value and cannot be paid out, transferred to another client, or exchanged for other services.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms, the Terms of Use, the AML/KYC Policy, and the current FPS.PRO rates.
Information about the promotion does not constitute a public offer. The final service terms are governed by the Terms of Use, applicable rates, and the client’s individual service terms.
